Therapist: Technician 65, with a great personality and professional massage skills, easy to chat with. I was very happy with the service.

Environment: The environment is very good, the air conditioning is cold enough, and the food is also good, with crayfish, meat, and crab. They even gave us a limited edition stew pot and lamb chops, which tasted really good. While having dinner, we happened to see the boss inspecting and noticed the floor was a bit dirty (which I couldn't see). The boss then reprimanded and educated the staff, showing a strong sense of responsibility. The rooms, elevators, and corridors all smelled great.

Service: A bit dissatisfied with this aspect. There is a specific receptionist to take you to the elevator when going upstairs, but when it came to lunch, there was no one to direct me to where to go. This is a big difference compared to other places and I believe there is room for improvement. Additionally, when I returned from lunch and asked two people who looked like they were from a delivery service company about arranging a room and treatment, they completely ignored me. They may not be receptionists, but as people in the service industry, they should respond to customers and not ignore them. This left a very poor impression and gives the feeling that everyone should know their role. I hope they can improve on this next time. Besides that, the receptionist's introduction and guidance were very good, the only issue being their attire, which looked the same as delivery service company employees. I hope this can be improved.
